The AEA Convention Committee is responsible for obtaining a convention site, overseeing details of the hotel meeting rooms, exhibit rooms, guest rooms, menus, A/V equipment, promotion and other miscellaneous arrangements necessary for the annual convention.

Referral Directory

The Referral Directory listings are purchased advertising spaces for members. Members' links are also available for purchase with or without a referral ad containing text. Questions or information regarding update/change requests should be sent to referraldirectoryaea@electrology.com Please provide AEA membership number.

Online payments for renewal of Referral Directory listings are accepted at the AEA's Store Renewals are due one year after listing was purchased. Timely receipt of payment will insure Referral Directory Services are not interrupted.

CERC reviews all continuing education programs and seminars, adhering to the CEU standards and criteria set. See our Recertification page for more information.

Continuing Education Database

The CEU Database stores all earned AEA-approved CEUs for AEA/IBEC Certified Professional Electrologists (CPEs) and for those electrologists who are in states requiring continuing education and/or for enrichment purposes. Data is entered and transcripts are sent to each individual. For more information or to check on your CEU, contact ceusaea@electrology.com.

Continuing Education Home Study Program

The OCE provides pre-approved home study courses in addition to the Journal of Electrology (JOE) home study tests found in each issue. You can find the list by going to the Continuing Education Center - Education and then clicking Home Study.
