The American Electrology Association (AEA) is committed to providing attendees of our Annual Conference with the highest quality education and professional development.
Guest Registration is open only to non-electrologists attending as a guest of an electrologist attending Conference.
Registration includes access to:
- Four days of lectures (No CEUs Earned)
- All Ticketed Meals
- Access to Exhibitor Hall
- Thursday Night Cocktail Party

completing your registration for the 2026 Conference, you acknowledge
and consent to receive SMS notifications related to schedule reminders,
important conference announcements, and lecture surveys during the
conference dates of October 22–25, 2026.
Messages will be used
solely for conference-related communications and will not be used for
marketing purposes by the AEA or its vendor partners. Your contact
information will be used only for these purposes and will be removed
from the SMS service immediately following the conclusion of the
conference.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by
following the instructions provided in the first SMS notification.

Photo & Video Release Notice
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree
that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured
during the event. You grant permission for your likeness, image, voice,
and appearance to be used by the event organizers for promotional,
marketing, advertising, and other lawful purposes in print, digital, and
social media formats without compensation or further notice.
There will be no "day of" registration available at the door for the Annual Conference and Exhibitor Showcase. Registration will close on October 1st, no registrations will be accepted beyond this date.
