Information on pre-registering your company is included in this packet. Upon receipt of your Registration Form and payment, you will receive more detailed information regarding booth setup and breakdown.
Booth Pricing
1 Booth: $825
2 Booths: $1,475
3 Booths: $2,125
Additional Personnel: $300 per person
Each booth registration includes one attendee. Prices include AEA-provided meals.
Reminder: Each booth purchased covers one person. Additional representatives attending the event must be added to your registration to ensure meal accommodations are provided.
Exhibitor Requirements:
To be considered a confirmed exhibitor, the following items must be received by October 1:
Completed Exhibitor Registration
Full payment of exhibitor fees
Signed Vendor Agreement (provided separately via email)
Current certificate of insurance meeting event requirements (emailed to conventionvendors@electrology.com)
Companies that have not completed all required submissions by October 1 will not be considered valid exhibitors and may not be permitted to participate in the showcase.
