Guest Registration is open only to non-electrologists attending as a guest of an electrologist attending Convention.

There will be no "day of" registration available at the door for the Annual Convention and Exhibitor Showcase. Registration will close on September 30th, no registrations will be accepted beyond this date.

By completing your registration for the 2025 Convention, you acknowledge and consent to receive SMS notifications related to schedule reminders and lecture surveys. You will receive no more than six text messages per day between October 23, 2025, and October 26, 2025.
Messages will be limited to schedule reminders and lecture surveys only and will not be used for marketing purposes by the AEA or its vendor partners. Your contact information will be used solely for this purpose and will be removed from the SMS service immediately following the conclusion of the convention.
