Independent Study Recording Fee Payment

Have you completed a pre-approved Independent Study Program? You can easily pay your CEU recording fee and submit your Certificate of Completion by purchasing this item.

Certificate of Completion Submission Instructions

Use the "Pre-approved Course" dropdown box to select the course or event you are uploading a certificate for. The selected course MUST match the name of the course or event on your certificate. 

• For JOE home study courses: Take a photo or scan of your JOE Answer sheet. Use the Documentation option during checkout to upload and attach your file to the order.
  
• For pre-approved independent study courses or events: Take a photo or scan of your Certificate of Completion. Use the Documentation option during checkout to upload and attach your file to the order.
  

If you do not provide this documentation, your CEUs will not be recorded until you send in your documentation.
