Requirements for AEA Membership

You will need to include one form of documentation:

Photocopy of your diploma from a school of electrology
Notarized affidavit from your apprenticeship instructor*
A photocopy of your drivers license or state issued photo ID

If you are in a licensed state, you will also need to provide a photocopy of your state license.

*Your instructor must be a Certified Professional Electrologist for a minimum of five years.

Your application materials will be reviewed and you will be notified when your AEA membership is activated.
